New Body Corporate And Community Management (BCCM) Regulations
On 1 March 2021 new BCCM Regulations were introduced in Qld. The reasoning behind this is for an increased protection for Lot Owners, a reduction in Body Corporate costs and an update in Body Corporate procedures.
