GROUP OF SAME ISSUE MOTIONS - ANNUAL SAFETY ASSESSMENT

That the Body Corporate confirms the Committee’s recommendation to undertake an Annual Safety Assessment of the common areas to meet its obligation under the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011. That the Body Corporate confirms to accept the quotation from Seymour Consultants in the sum of $Amount including GST, paid by utilising accumulated sinking funds. Once the quotation is obtained a copy of the Annual Safety Assessment and quotation will be forwarded to the Body Corporate Committee for their review and determination. (The last Safety Report was conducted on Date).
